Born global, the Foko app is now used on three continents and by more than 60 renowned retail brands, such as DAVIDsTEA, Helly Hansen, Club Monaco and Whole Foods Market. Foko has established itself in the market by developing an application adapted to the new generation of workers, a tool that millennials like to use every day for their work.


Brands must create a consistent customer experience across all channels, what experts call “omnichannel retailing”, while meeting the regional needs and differences of outlets and stores. This is exactly what the Foko app accomplishes. The software has been designed and inspired by applications like Instagram and Whatsapp, making it user-friendly and intuitive. 2018: A pivotal year for Foko Retail

The Gatineau company is now an export leader: 95% of their income comes from abroad. After the United States and Latin America, Foko conquered Europe in 2018. Thanks to the market research and the business plan undertaken with Export Outaouais, Foko Retail was able to quickly grow its brand on the old continent which now represents about 30% of their overall sales.
